HP’s Envy 14 is certainly a head-turning laptop. Its clean lines and rounded edges look stunning, with a dimpled bronze finish and an edge-toedge display.

The stylish touchpad is made from a single panel, with areas marked by lines where the buttons should be. The entire panel moves when you press these, and although the action is light and produces a distinct click, the button areas are still sensitive to touch, so the cursor often moves just when you’re about to click. Sony’s Vaio EE3E0E is one of few laptops known that uses AMD’s Vision platform, which combines an AMD processor and ATI graphics card.

The laptop comes equipped with an AMD Athlon II X2 P340 processor, 3GB RAM, 320GB HDD and ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 graphics.

While the onboard graphics chip isn’t powerful enough to play 3D games, it can handle HD video content. Alternatively, you could connect an AV amplifier through the HDMI port to process both audio and video. Read more…

Acer rolled out its a 15.6-inch Travel Mate 5740 laptop. This new laptop is designed especially for business users and comes with Intel vPro as well as Anti-theft technology. The laptop is powered by an Intel Core i7 or Intel Core i5 processor, ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5670 graphics, an Intel QM57 Express Chipset, up to 8GB of DDR3 RAM, a 640GB HDD. Acer Travel Mate 5740 features 15.6-inch LED-backlit display, a 1.3MP CrystalEye webcam, WiFi, Bluetooth, Gigabit ethernet, modem, LAN, a DVD burner, optional 3G, a 9-cell battery pack.

Expand its Vaio laptop range Sony released a new 15.5 inch (HD widescreen display) E Series stylish laptop powered by an Intel Core i3 or Intel Core i5-520M 2.26GHZ processor, up to 8GB of RAM, ATI Mobility Radeon HD graphics, 500GB HDD. Sony VAIO E features Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, WiFi, HDMI out, a Blu-ray drive, 3X USB ports, eSATA port, web camera, a SD slot, a Memory Stick slot and runs on Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit OS.

The starting price of Sony VAIO E laptop is supposed to be about $800.00.

MSI announced a new 14-inch X420 laptop powered by a 3D external display (1366 x 768 ), Intel Core 2 Duo SU7300 1.3GHz processor, ATI mobility radeon HD 5430 graphics (built-in 1GB DDR3 VRAM), GS45 + ICH9M-SFF chipset, up to 4GB RAM, up to 500GB of SATA HDD. The laptop comes equipped with a 1.3M Webcam, 2 speakers, SD and MMC card slots, HDMI, D -Sub, 2X USB 2.0, microphone, e-SATA (USB combo), Wireless, Bluetooth v2.1 and weights 1.88 KG.

MSI X420 runs on Windows 7 Home Premium OS.

The 17.3-inch (1920 x 1080 Full HD display) laptop is powered by an Intel 1.73GHz Core i7-820QM or 2.0GHz Core i7 920XM quad-core processor, ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5870 1GB GDDR5 graphics, up to 8GB of DDR3 RAM, dual SSD or HDD (up to 1.28TB) memory. Acer introduces us its new 13.3-inch Aspire Timeline 3810TG-354G32N laptop powered by an Core 2 Solo SU3500 1.4 GHz CPU, up to 4GB DDR3 RAM, a 512MB ATI Mobility Radeon HD4330 graphics card, up to 500GB HDD. The laptop is powered by an Intel Core i7 quad-core/Core i7 Extreme quad-core CPUs, up to 16GB of DDR3 RAM, up to 500GB HDD/256GB SSD with space for 3 HDDs, a NVIDIA Quadro FX 2800M 1GB/ATI FirePro M7740 1GB/Quadro FX 3800M 1GB graphics card. The laptop comes equipped with a Blu-ray drive,  HDMI, VGA-out, headphone/microphone jacks, 3X USB 2.0, Memory Stick card reader, SD card reader, Ethernet, mini-Firewire,ExpressCard, Bluetooth, 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi and runs on Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit) OS. Sony Vaio FW560F/T weighs just 6.3 pounds.

The MSI X-Slim X430 also comes equipped with a 1.3MP webcam, a 2-in-1 card reader, an external DVD writer/optional Blu-ray, WiFi b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, VGA output,2 USB ports, HDMI, gigabit ethernet, audio in/out,a 4 or 8-cell battery pack.

The MSI X-Slim X430 runs on Windows 7 Home Premium OS.
